This program can be issues-based or place-based and brings together leaders from across sectors into a collaborative and collective learning space where leadership potential can be realised through undertaking an adaptive, regional challenge. 

Transformation Academies are offered wherever regional organisations have a desire to support their local leaders to do real transformation through learning how to lead change collaboratively. These academies will undertake real-time, placed- based regional change work and grow a network of committed local leaders. 

In partnership with an executive leadership group we will:

  • Explore important topics such as systems thinking, transformation and leadership
  • Learn how to operationalise strategy
  • Examine public value and how to create it
  • Broaden networks of influence and support for future work
  • Build partnerships and understand patterns of collaboration
  • Work on an adaptive challenge that delivers important outcome for the region
