Five-Day Executive Intensive (3 Days + 2 Days)

This redesigned Executive Leaders Program is a premium five-day in-person intensive for senior leaders engaged in strategic, system-wide or public leadership.

Responding directly to senior executive feedback, the program now delivers deeper immersion, stronger cohort connection, and more focused, high-value learning through a 3-day intensive followed by a 2-day advanced session. Between the two phases, participants apply their learning in real organisational contexts.

Participants engage in small group workshops with world-class faculty and experienced facilitators. The experience is dynamic, intellectually rigorous and action-oriented—designed to develop leaders who can think systemically and act decisively in complexity.

Phase 1 – Three-Day Immersive Intensive

Establishing leadership identity, systems awareness, complexity thinking and strategic framing.

Application Period (4–6 weeks)

Testing insights in real organisational contexts through stakeholder engagement and systems mapping.

Phase 2 – Two-Day Advanced Intensive

Prototyping, influence, executive presentation and collective insight.

Qualification Pathways

The Executive Leaders Program aligns to AQF Level 8 competencies and provides an RPL pathway toward the Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership (BSB80320) through our partner RTO.

Participants may use evidence from their Adaptive Challenge, strategic case development and reflective practice to support an RPL application.
