The Executive Leaders Program – Now a Five-Day Intensive (3 + 2)
The Executive Leaders Program has been redesigned into a focused, high-impact five-day in-person intensive, delivered as:
Three-Day Immersive Intensive
Followed by a
Two-Day Advanced Intensive
Between these two phases, participants return to their organisations to apply insights to real-world adaptive challenges.
This redesigned format reflects senior executive feedback: less blended learning, more in-person engagement, stronger cross-sector relationships, and deeper immersion.
