The Alliance for Leadership Learning is pleased to present its Leadership Reset Series for 2022. These in-person full-day workshops will be offered in Brisbane and follow on from our Leadership Reset Series of 2021.
This is the era when solving the greatest social, ecological, and human challenge is here and now − no longer a distant future. Senior leaders must confront hard truths and prepare for what is to come next.

Our experts will lead you to think about:

• Trends, emerging issues, as well as potential shocks, threats, and innovations.
• Taking leadership to a new place: outside the building to improve our world.
• The issues of accountability, ethics and integrity.
• The inter-relatedness of socio-economic systems and the need for those with power and influence to collaborate across boundaries.
• Business as a force for good: building an equitable, inclusive and regenerative economy.
• The art of caring leadership in action.
• Understanding post-normal environments and preparing for what is coming.
• The lessons learnt about how to lead through prolonged uncertainty and crisis.
