Who Should Attend

Chief and Senior executives (ECA Executive alumni) who are engaged in strategic and/or public leadership and who wish to develop their expertise in the leadership of change.

Course Content & Outcomes

Through presentation, conversation, case studies and scenarios, participants will:

  • Explore the challenges facing public leaders in the public, non- government and political spheres

  • Understand the most promising conceptual and practical tools to tackle these challenges

  • Scrutinise, clarify and develop their change agency leadership style

Live case study experience focused on Inclusion and Diversity, Social Cohesion, Community led resilience building
