12 months, Brisbane and Regional Queensland Intakes

We build skills to strategically influence and lead teams and divisions with an explicit aim to improve the overall performance of those teams and the organisation as a whole. The program is undertaken in the real world, where participants work on a complex adaptive challenge.

Who Should Attend?

This program is designed for middle managers and senior managers who are engaged with strategic or public leadership. Similar to the Executive Leaders Program, participants have access to small group intensive sessions with workshop leaders. This program broadens participant’s organisational view beyond management to systems leadership.

Participate in all modules and additional options to make this program the complete experience of an executive development year. You will have access to small group intensive sessions with the workshop leaders as well as executive coaching.
